We process your order based on the type of shipping you select at checkout. If you pick Free Shipping, your order is processed after any Rush or Faster orders.
PLEASE NOTE! In 2021, USPS started processing orders much slower than they did during COVID. We don’t know why this is, but we know that it’s happening. Orders that are not ‘Priority’ are taking 1-3 days longer than they would have 2-3 years ago. Mack & Rex always processes your orders within the timeframe below. Once the package is given to USPS, we are at their mercy until it arrives. We do our best to put tracking on every shipment, but cannot guarantee tracking for orders under $15

24 hour processing, 2 day shipping
Processes within 24 hours, or same day if it’s to us before 11am MST. This is business days only… if you submit an order Friday after 11am, we can’t guarantee the order will go out that day. Rush Shipping is two-day USPS Priority Mail. Total time is approx 3 business days. Guaranteed tracking number and bubble mailer.
FAST - TOTAL 3-6 DAYS
1-2 day processing, 3-5 day shipping.
Processes after Rush orders, 1-2 day processing time. This is business days only…Faster Shipping is regular USPS mail with a tracking number and bubble mailer.
FREE SHIPPING- TOTAL 4-11 DAYS
2-4 day processing, 4-7 day shipping.
Processes after Rush and Faster orders. 2-4 day processing time. This is business days only…Free Shipping is regular USPS mail.
