How can I find the tila color and size that I am looking for?
- We list all the sizes under the 4-digit color code. For example, gold's color code is 191. But Miyuki technically uses 4 digits, so it will be under 0191 when you search for it.
- When you pull up the listing, you will see options for whole tila, half tila and quarter tila. If you are not seeing options for half or quarter tila within a listing, it's because Miyuki doesn't offer it in that size, not because we don't have it in stock. Guys! We are stocked to the brim!

How long will my order take to ship?
- Free Shipping: processed within 2-4 days and sent via USPS first-class mail, which arrives between 4 and 7 business days. If your order is below $25, you will not get a tracking number. Please don't expect a tracking number on a small order if you didn't upgrade to the tracking+bubble mailer option.
- Tracking + Bubble Mailer: processes after the priority orders and ships 3–4 days through USPS. All paid tracking orders are processed and shipped after priority. The free shipping orders are processed after priority and tracking shipments.
- Priority shipping: processed and shipped within 1–24 hours of order (we are totally ninjas!) shipped with USPS Priority shipping (2 days). This order automatically has a bubble mailer and tracking number with the shipment. If faster shipping is needed, please contact us for a custom quote.

For USA Customers:

For International Customers:

Returns & Refunds: You can return new and unused items within 30 days.
