Thank you for shopping with Mack & Rex. If you are not completely satisfied and your order qualifies we accept returns (USA Only).
Exchanges are 100% FREE! Just select "Exchange" to pick a new size if it's available or select "Store Credit" and use the store credit to purchase a new style at a later date!
Return Requirements
- Please visit our return portal within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Merchandise must be mailed back by the 30th day from the original purchase date.
- Final sale items will not be eligible for returns or exchanges
Return Shipping
- Free and Easy Return Shipping is available for purchase at checkout
- A purchase of Free and Easy Return Shipping Qualifies your order for free return shipping, including refunds
- Customers who do not purchase Free and Easy Return Shipping are liable for return shipping to receive a refund
Please Note
- A 15% RETURN FEE applies for refunds
- Customers who receive an incorrect or damaged item will not be required to pay for their return shipping, or the shipping costs for replacement items
- Customers who choose an exchange or store credit will receive a $5 bonus!
