Measured: wrap a string around the wrist, mark it, measure it against a ruler, and add 0.25 inches. A 7 inch wrist takes the 7.25 inch bracelet.
Checking the fit: a correctly sized bracelet stays in one place on the wrist but twists left to right without much effort.
By shirt size: order the same size as your t-shirt. This is the better option when buying a gift.
Men: order one size up from shirt size. A 1X shirt takes the 2X bracelet.
Loose fit: size up.
Between sizes: take the next size up. Steps are 0.25 inches to 3X and 0.50 inches above it, so 7.5 inch and 8 inch wrists fall between sizes.
Availability: 4X and 5X exist on most Mack & Rex bracelets, not all. Check the size selector on the product itself.
