Use your T-shirt size:
- Women: Order the same size as your T-shirt size. For example, if you wear a 2X large T-shirt, order a 2X large bracelet.

Measure your wrist size:
- Wrap a string around your wrist.
- Measure the string's length with a ruler to determine your wrist length.
- Add 0.25 inches to the wrist length for your perfect bracelet size. For example, if your wrist measures 7.00 inches, order a 7.25-inch bracelet.
Finish off your tila bracelet by putting glue over the knot. Unlike super glue, this glue won't degrade the stretchy elastic. A small dot keeps your bracelet strong and durable!
